In 2016, I started my career as an Environmental Engineer in Oil & Gas in Texas.  At the same time I started looking for a way out of the rat race.

I looked into many different side hustles from dropshipping to day trading etc, but nothing really made sense like real estate.

It took me 6 months to get my first flip, as I didn't know about mentors or courses. I made many mistakes and wasted money on marketing techniques that didn't work.

The same thing happened again in 2018, when I bought my first 14-unit apartment complex without knowing there were multifamily programs out there.

I could've saved years off my trajectory and made 10x more money if I knew about mentorships and had direction from the beginning.

Fast forward to today, real estate allowed me to quit my full-time job in 2021 and become a multi-millionaire in just 5 years.

Now I want to show others how they can follow the same blueprint as well to reach financial freedom, and learn from my mistakes so they can shortcut the long, hard route I took.
